How far is the villa from the capital?

The villa is only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Fira, the capital of the island & it is a walk NOT to be missed, the views along the old road into town are spectacular, don't forget your camera!!!



Is the villa air-conditioned?

Yes, the villa has air-conditioning & it is a traditional cave house, built over 380 years ago, this style of architecture was developed because of its resistance to heat & cold, making it a pleasant 21 degrees celsius all year round (thats around 74 degrees fahrenheit for our state side friends).
